We know the COVID-19 crisis is deeply impacting many of you in our community. Here are some resources to help you get through this pandemic and stay well. COVID-19 coverage As a Presbyterian Health Plan member, there will be no cost to you for anything related to COVID-19 screening, testing, or medical treatment . You won’t pay copays, deductibles, or coinsurance for visits related to COVID-19 at clinics or hospitals, or for using remote care. How do I get screened? If you feel you have symptoms, Presbyterian Health Plan offers telemedicine choices to make it quick to connect with a provider to check COVID-19 symptoms. Online Visits and Video Visits are available to members at no charge. Online Visits Our Online Visits are an online medical interview for individuals age four and older. You can access Online Visits Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., at www.phs.org/onlinevisits . Video Visits Submit your symptoms on an intake form and you will be notified when the provider is ready to visit with you. You can access Video Visits at www.phs.org/videovisits . How and where do I get tested? If your provider has recommended you get tested, here’s how you can proceed. You can access a list of testing centers in New Mexico at the New Mexico Department of Health website at https://cv.nmhealth.org and click on the “COVID-19 Testing Information” tab. Here you can find the hours of operation, phone number, location, screening requirements, and details for scheduling an appointment for each testing center. Choose the pharmacy option to reach one of our pharmacy specialists. There are also options for medication delivery: ● ● Many pharmacies, including Walmart, CVS, and Walgreens, are offering medication delivery services. Contact your pharmacy to learn more. ● ● You can also sign up for mail-order delivery of your ongoing medications. Go to www.phs.org/mypres and select “MyHealthPlan.” You may also call OptumRx (our mail-order partner) at 1-866-528-5829 . Using mail order saves you money and allows you to get a 90-day supply of your medication. Therapy and counseling options If you are already seeing a behavioral health provider, please check with them to see what options they are offering you right now.
