When you can’t visit a provider in person, try using one of our telehealth options, like Video Visits. Video Visits are a great option for members looking to treat minor ailments. You have access to MeMD’s nationwide network of providers, and you don’t need to make an appointment. You can do a visit from the comfort of your own home, office, or other location with mobile data or Wi-Fi access at any time. Here are some other details about Video Visits: ● You can use your smartphone, tablet, or computer with a webcam. ● You can talk about symptoms and treatment plans in real time with a board-certified medical provider. ● Providers can prescribe medications, including short- term medication refills, when clinically appropriate. ● You can use Video Visits from anywhere in the United States. Video Visits are secure, confidential, and compliant with all medical privacy regulations. Manage your care using MyChart MyChart is a great resource for members who get services through Presbyterian Medical Group. As a Presbyterian Medical Group patient, you have online access to your Presbyterian electronic health records through MyChart. Using MyChart, you can: ● View test results ● Send and get non-urgent medical messages with your care team ● Ask for prescription refills and view current medications ● Make primary care appointments ● Ask for an appointment with a specialist ● View past appointments, and cancel or confirm future appointments ● Use eCheck-In to pay copays, sign documents, and check and update patient information ● See details of your visit ● Access your health summary, including allergies, immunizations, and health issues ● Get health and appointment reminders ● Pay your doctor and hospital bills ● Sign up for paperless billing ● View prior statements and past payments To access MyChart, you must log in to your myPRES account and select the “Access MyChart” button. Download the MyChart app! You can also download the mobile app and manage your entire family’s healthcare while on the go. Once you access MyChart, you can download the mobile app. With the mobile app, you don’t have to log in to your myPRES account to access MyChart. To download the app, search for MyChart in the Apple App Store or on Google Play.
