Sadly, Native Americans are more likely to suffer from higher rates of mental health disorders, alcohol and substance use disorders, and harmful experiences that cause them to struggle with their mental health. It is important to know that there is help available. Virtual Visits can make getting a behavioral health appointment easier. Counseling (also known as talk therapy) is available through Video Visits. Patients may be seen via Video Visit by a therapist or counselor. If you need medication management, you can also see a psychiatrist.
