You’ve also told us how important it is to have quick online access to details of your health plan, and to offer paperless choices in our communications with you. That’s why we’re continuously improving our online tools and options to make it easier for you to get the information you need and connect with us too. Recently, you may have noticed a few changes to our online tools as we strive to create an exceptional experience for you. A few of these changes include: ● ● Creating a new, personalized member dashboard on myPRES that brings your benefit and financial information together in one convenient place ● ● Improving our website’s home page so it’s easier to find the information you need ● ● Investing in virtual care options, like Online Visits and Online Therapy, so it is easier to get the care you need quickly I hope these changes make it more convenient for you to access your health plan and obtain needed information.
